Order Processing & Shipping Times

At My Trensio, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

We ship exclusively within the U.S., ensuring faster and more reliable delivery for our customers.

Potential Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, some circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays) may impact shipping times. Although most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Any delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost. Simply email us with the subject line “CANCEL” and your order details.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Address Corrections

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours with the correct details. We will do our best to update your information before shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take extra care in packaging every item, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1000 shipments), products may arrive damaged due to mishandling during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item

Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
